Cada Familia – Every Family: The 2026–27 Annual Fund

This fall, a painting by every child at Rio Grande School will hang at The Owings Gallery, starting October 15. It's a fitting way to launch this year's Annual Fund, Cada Familia – Every Family, because every family helps make RGS the school our children know and love.

This year we have two goals: raise $200,000 and reach 100% family participation. Tuition covers about 78% of the cost of educating each child, leaving a gap of roughly $2,500 per student. The Annual Fund closes that gap and helps us:

• Keep our 6:1 student-to-teacher ratio

• Retain the teachers and staff who make RGS what it is

• Provide math and literacy coaches for every learner

• Invest in professional development for our educators

• Support social and emotional growth through our counselor and the Second Step program

• Sustain arts, theater, field trips and outdoor learning

• Care for our campus, from new projects to essential maintenance and safety

• Build community partnerships and service-learning opportunities
